Responsibilities:* Must be a student enrolled in a degree program at a trade school, college, or university which will recognize the internship for class credit; pursuing a major in broadcasting, journalism, or communication preferred * Collaborate and work cooperatively with a team * Show attention to detail * Demonstrate an interest and knowledge of current events, news issues and newsmakers * Dress and present oneself in a professional manner * Strong interest in Radio Assist with the daily commercial production department activities * Web search and show related content prep * Answering phones and call-screening * Operate studio equipment and digital editing systems * Capture and produce actualities and audio quotes for broadcast * Post links, edit podcasts, and contribute to the content on show's web page Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
