Responsibilities:Central Minnesota Housing Partnership is seeking an unpaid intern to work with professional staff on a variety of projects dealing with housing development and education. The Intern will assist with administrative duties and activities, including marketing, administering social media, database management, conducting surveys, archiving files, and researching projects. Hours are flexible. Excellent oral and written communication skills •Personal qualities of initiative, organization, reliability, flexibility, creativity, energy and collaboration •Proficient skills with computers, social media programs, and business equipment operation, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, copy machine, fax, postage machine, Facebook, and multi-line phone system •Respect confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain the organization's record keeping policy •Must be willing and able to represent Central Minnesota Housing Partnership with an informed and professional presence •Commitment to the affordable housing mission of Central Minnesota Housing Partnership •Must pass a background check
