Company Overview:The Multiple Sclerosis Day Program Management and Development Intern will take direction from Opportunity Manorís Program Director to perform a multitude of tasks related to the continued development of the organizationís Multiple Sclerosis day program. This is an invaluable opportunity for students who are interested in gaining first-hand insight within a non-profit health services organization. Not only will the Multiple Sclerosis Day Program Management and Development Intern gain knowledge into the world of a non-profit, but will also improve their understanding of Multiple Sclerosis, health, day program operations and licensure, program development, management, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities:-Research information needed for program activities including healthy eating, fitness, and cognitive functioning. -In coordination with the Program Director, establish systems for future development of the program -Research into potential collaborative partners -Oversight of the day program and activities on a weekly basis. -In coordination with the Program Director, marketing of the program and services offered. -Excellent organization and time management skills -Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work both independently and as a team member -Ability to work with all ages and groups of people
