Husky Productions Accumulates Another Award

Husky Productions was once again recognized for its outstanding production services, this time by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Sports Video Group.
The combined award for Best Live Game or Event was announced recently at the first annual Global Media Award for College Sports in Atlanta, GA.
Baylor University, CBS Sports, Cox Communications, ESPN, and the University of Miami were also award recipients.
Husky Productions is a production company managed by mass communications students and produces hockey broadcasts each season for broadcast by cable television operator Charter Communications.
In addition to the winning entry, Husky Productions was nominated three times in the category of Special Features and once in the Outstanding Highlight Package category.
