The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has recently confirmed that the HCoB's Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management degree program fully aligns with the SHRM human resources curriculum guidelines established in 2005.

The SHRM human resources curriculum provides colleges and universities with a resource for tracking human resources curricula against a common, minimum skill set needed by employers who seek to fill human resources professional positions.  SHRM has also gained the support of AACSB International in an effort to bring a similar level of commonality to HR degree programs that is required of AACSB accredited Schools of Business.
