The Athletic Training Education Program is part of the Department of Kinesiology Health and Physical Education within the School of Health and Human Services.
All applicants must met the entrance requirements and be accepted/enrolled at SCSU prior to admission into the program. A maximum of 16 students per year are accepted into the program. The application to the major occurs during the Fall semester.
Students enter and progress through the program as a cohort beginning in the Spring semester. The Athletic Training Education Program at SCSU consists of five semesters of didactic and clinical education. While progressing through their educational experience, students will have the opportunity to gain clinical experiences at a variety of our affiliated sites within the greater Saint Cloud area.
