China
Symposium
The SCSU China Task Force has completed the Call
for Papers for the SCSU China Symposium.
Presenters at the symposium represent faculty from
MnSCU institutions, graduate students, alumni, and
professors from other institutions within the U.S.
The China
Symposium occured on March 25th through March
27th, 2007. The China Symposium was designed to be a catalyst
for promoting awareness and understanding of China for the
greater Central Minnesota business community and schools.
An outreach effort to the business and schools was instrumental
to the promotion of the symposium.
The China Symposium
consisted of numerous prominant keynote
speakers who are “experts” in their field of
study. The goal of the symposium was to have a keynote speaker from each system
of knowledge. The submitted papers and presentations were the breakout session presentations.
The Schedule
of Events is
available below, in addition to a list
of keynote and breakout session presentations.
A more detailed schedule will be available soon!
