Nichole Pazdernik

Interim Director of International Recruitment and Admissions
Nichole is responsible for managing all processes related to international recruitment and admissions. She responds to student inquiries, serves as a liaison between international students, SCSU, and various state and federal agencies, and works with offices across the SCSU campus to make sure students are well-served.

 

Leslie Rentz

International Recruitment and Admissions Counselor
Leslie reviews international student applications and makes admission decisions for freshmen, overseas transfer, U. S. transfer, exchange, and combined I-20 Intensive English Center students. Leslie prepares DS2019's for exchange students and I-20s for all of the above-mentioned students as well as for graduate students. Leslie also responds to student inquiries and verifies financial documents.

 

Min Soon Sze Tho

Graduate Assistant

MinSoon processes international application materials and corresponds with prospective international students via e-mail, phone, and mail. He is responsible for the scanning of all application materials, and supports the Director with the recruitment of international students. Additional duties include maintaining a database of completed applications, training new student workers, and implementing various projects to the benefit of international students.

 

Kalia Lee

Student Worker

Kalia Lee processes new incoming international student applications by checking in proof of English proficiency, financial documentation, and transcript evaluations. She answers questions applicants may have regarding the application process. After the student has been accepted to St. Cloud State University, Kalia invites the students onto our Facebook page and updates students with news that is happening around campus.

 

Koni Pare

Student Worker

Koni maintains the International Recruitment and Admission's database through data entry. He is responsible for receiving and entering applications, transcript evaluations, proof of English proficiency, and financial documentation.  Once entered, he completes the students' files and updates applicants about the status of their application. He creates, maintains and updates spreadsheets such as the Arrival list, Honors list and others as needed. Koni also undertakes recruitment and promotional projects that result in making St. Cloud State University a welcoming university for international students.

Jacquilline Nagila

Director
Jacquilline is responsible for managing all processes related to advising current international students. She responds to student inquiries, serves as a liaison between international students, SCSU, and various state and federal agencies, and works with offices across the SCSU campus to make sure students are well-served.

 

Chad Broeker

Assistant Director

Chad provides counseling and advising to international students, scholars and their dependents regarding their personal, financial, academic, intercultural, social and immigration issues and concerns. He also coordinates various cultural programs for international and domestic students. 

 

Kristy Nelson Ramos

International Student Advisor

Kristy advises F-1 and J-1international students on various immigration, social, cultural adjustment and academic issues. She coordinates various cultural programs for international and domestic students to interact and for international students to gain cultural exchanges

 

Monica Rodahl

SEVIS Coordinator
Monica reports all changes in student information to U.S.C.I.S. She meets with F-1 international students as situations arise. She is the advisor for all Fulbright, AmidEast, IREX and WorldLearning sponsored students.
