Toshiaki and Fumiko Saigo Memorial Fund

The purpose of this endowment is promote international understanding by assisting St. Cloud State University international student groups with purchases for items to be used during public presentations and programs.

Award Amount: Maximum of $750 per year

Criterion:

  1. Applicants must belong to a cultural organization.
  2. The award must be used to purchase supplies such as drums, costumes, or props to be used during public presentations and programs.

Application Process:

To apply please submit the completed scholarship application form along with the essay.

Essay Requirements

International student groups should submit an essay with their scholarship application describing the following:

  1. The supplies to be purchased (including cost and vendor);
  2. The presentations and programs where these supplies will be used; and
  3. How the use of these supplies will promote international understanding.
