Female Roommate Needed (3)
A female roommate is needed for spring semester 2012. The room is in a two-bedroom house. The rent is $300 and it includes everything (rent, heat, electricity, internet, cable parking and garbage). There are 3 different buses that run near the house (Clipper South, Clipper West and University), also in the reach of Sundowner. Female should be at least a sophomore and be able keep up with her responsibilities. If you are interested please text at 320-433-9077.
