One Room for Rent
One room in a 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent starting November 1st. The apartment is on East Saint Germain, on a double bus line - Clippers NE and East Side. The rent is $295/1br and for the first month the current tenant is willing to provide a discount. All utilities are included in the rent except the electricity which will be shared.
