Living in the USA

Cultural Café

Cultural Cafe is a weekly program organized by the International Student Association (ISA). It features student speakers from different countries or regions each week. The format of Cultural Café includes a 20-30 minute presentation about a specific country/region (may address culture, geography, history, politics, etc.) followed by food or snacks that are typical in that country.

Cultural Café is held each Friday at 3pm in Centennial Hall when classes are in session. The event is free and open to the public, and is an opportunity for students, staff, faculty, and community to gain firsthand knowledge about other countries and cultures. Here is the ISA flyer for Cultural Cafes.
