Fall/Spring Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am -4:30pm
Summer Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Fall/Winter Appointments can be made by calling 308-4287. Appointments should be made for processing Reinstatement requests, Change of Status issues, Off Campus Work Authorizations (Extension of Programs, CPTs, address and/or program of study updates can be done either during appointments or walk-in times), personal concerns or other queries that will take more than 10-15 minutes. These are available on:

• Mondays: 9am-12 noon and 1:00-3:30pm
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 9am-Noon
• Tuesdays: 1-3:30pm

Fall/Winter Walk-in times are also available.  If you have a quick question and would like to seek the advice of an international student advisor, we would love to help you. The times are:

• Mondays and Wednesdays: 9am-Noon
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 1:00-3:30pm

Summer Schedules vary. Call the front desk to see when appointments and walk-in times are available.
