Arrival at St. Cloud State University

Congratulations! We are so glad that you arrived safely to St. Cloud State University (SCSU). Hopefully you have had time to rest and get over jet-lag, so that you're ready to start your new experience as a student at SCSU. Before classes begin there is a lot that you need to learn and do. This checklist will assist you in completing very important tasks before classes begin.

Early Arrivals

Students arriving prior to August 16,2008 with housing contracts will NOT be able to move in until August 16. If you have arrived early and will soon be moving into your on-campus housing, you will have to stay at a hotel/motel until the earliest move in day on August 16, 2008.

Students intending to live off-campus will not have access to 'temporary' housing on-campus. Off-campus students should be prepared to live in a motel while they search for an apartment.

We unfortunately do not have temporary housing for family or friends who may accompany you to school. Local hotels and motels are available.
