St. Cloud State University Forms and Instructions
- Have you signed and submitted the Residence
Hall Application and Contract Form along with the housing
deposit check before the due date?
If you do not submit the housing application by the due
date, you will be responsible for your own housing arrangements.
We regret that we are not able to assist you in finding
off-campus housing.

Have you completed the Arrival Pick-up form if you wish to be picked up from the St. Cloud airport?
If you have completed your International Student Arrival Pick-Up Form, the Center for International Studies may be able to pick you up from the St. Cloud airport. This courtesy service is available only during limited times so please complete the Arrival Pick-up Form so that we can make arrangements ahead of time.

Have you received information about the Student Injury
and Sickness Insurance Plan?
You will be required to purchase the Minnesota State
Colleges & Universities Student Injury and Sickness
Insurance Plan before you will be allowed to register
for classes. The includes pre-registration.
Exemptions from this requirement are permitted only if
you can obtain a letter from your embassy in Washington,
DC qualifying your exemption. Regulations regarding this
exemption are included in the health insurance card that
was included in the packet of information you received
from our office.
We strongly encourage you to make arrangements to have
health insurance
coverage against accidents, sickness and other health
related problems for that period of time you are traveling
between your home and SCSU.
