Important Dates & Deadlines

The following dates are very important to all newly admitted international students entering St. Cloud State University. Please make sure you meet all deadlines. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.

August 1, 2008
International Student Arrival Pick-Up Form
Send the form to The Center for International Studies by fax or mail if you would like someone from our office to pick you up at the St. Cloud Regional Airport.

August 16, 2008
First day you may move into your assigned room if you registered for on-campus housing.  Remember, you will be required to pay an additional $115 to live in the residence halls between August 16-23.

August 18, 2008
Check-in at the ballroom in the Atwood Memorial Center.  Bring the following documents:

• Passport
• I-94
• I-20 from St. Cloud State University

Failure to check in at the Center for International Studies disqualifies you from receiving the Academic and Cultural Sharing Scholarship which entitles you to pay resident tuition.

August 18-22, 2008
International Student Orientation
All new international students (freshmen, transfers, graduate, exchange, and student athletes) are required to attend orientation.

August 25, 2008
First day of classes
