Housing and Early Arrivals
One of the best parts of college life is life on campus. This is where you meet new people; where you get involved with activities and organizations; where you start to live the life you want to lead.Â
We can help you live it—starting with a place to call home.
On-Campus Housing
Complete an on-campus residential hall contract if you wish to live in campus housing. Be sure to check with Residential Life for more information deadlines, hall assignments, payment options, etc... If you have not completed this process, we cannot guarantee you housing.
Off-Campus Housing
The St. Cloud area offers a variety of off-campus apartment options. Apartments for one or more people include full kitchens and baths, but may not be as convenient to classes and other campus activities.
Family Housing
Unfortunately, we do not have temporary housing for family or friends who may accompany you to school. Again, you may want to seek residence in a hotel/motel.
Early Arrivals
Students who have completed the housing contract and who are planning to live on campus may be granted temporary housing prior to the first day of classes. This housing is charged at USD $120 per week. The earliest move-in date is August 19, 2009. If you have arrived earlier than this date, you will have to stay at a hotel/motel.
Students planning to live off-campus are not eligible for temporary housing and should be prepared to live in a hotel/motel while they search for an apartment.
