- Contact your campus exchange student coordinator to discuss selection process and cost of the program. Currently, the following schools have an active agreement with St. Cloud State:

- Your exchange student coordinator should submit the following to St. Cloud State University. (Copies of these documents are acceptable if provided directly by a university official.)
- A certified, English-translated transcript.
- A certified, English-translated financial document showing the equivalent of the expenses necessary as indicated by agreement.
- Original or copy of TOEFL report showing at least 550 (paper-based) or 80 (iBT) with subscores not below 17 for reading, writing and listening is necessary for non-degree program participants.
