Sunday, Sept. 14

3 p.m. – Music in the Gardens at Munsinger Clemens Botanical Gardens featuring the Riverside Brass Quintet. Sponsored by the City of St. Cloud and St. Cloud State University. CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN

Tuesday, Sept. 16

5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Chamber of Commerce Reception at the offices of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, 110 Sixth Ave. S., St. Cloud.

7:30 p.m. – Minnesota Dance Ensemble performance, Paramount Theatre, 913 West St. Germain, St. Cloud. Free and open to the public.

Wednesday, Sept. 17

St. Cloud State University athletes in area elementary and middle schools.

Thursday, Sept. 18

10 a.m. to noon – Volunteer and Service-Learning Fair in the main lounge of Atwood Memorial Center.

5 p.m. – Southside Neighborhood Oktoberfest in historic Barden Park.

7 p.m. – St. Cloud Municipal Band concert in Barden Park.

Friday, Sept. 19

Noon to 1:30 p.m. – Luncheon in Atwood Memorial Center.

2 p.m. – Processional participants gather in designated rooms/locations in Halenbeck Hall. 

3 p.m. – Inauguration Ceremony in the gymnasium at Halenbeck Hall. Featured speaker is Constantine "Deno" Curris, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities.

Parking will be open in university lots on the afternoon of Sept. 19 for guests attending the inauguration ceremony. Street parking is only available as posted. Suggested parking for guests are M Lot west of Halenbeck Hall or N Lot south of the Education Building.  Parking for person with disabilities will be reserved in the paylot area of N Lot just north of Halenbeck Hall and south of the Education Building. Parking for persons with disabilities area in N Lot, ceremony seating and reception in Halenbeck Hall will all be on the same level. See Campus Map for building and parking lot locations.

6 p.m. – Dinner at Mi Famiglia Events Center, 912 West St. Germain, St. Cloud. Cost: $40 per person. RSVP required.
