Ceremony Participants
Inauguration ceremony participants are asked to arrive at Halenbeck Hall at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, where ushers and line leaders will provide directions. The ceremony procession will begin at 3 p.m. and is expected to last one and one half hours. Immediately following the inauguration ceremony, there will be a reception in the balcony of Halenbeck Hall.
Free parking will be available in all university lots for the inauguration activities, with parking for persons with disabilities reserved in the paylot area of N Lot north of Halenbeck Hall and south of the Education Building. Suggested parking is in N lot and M lot west of Halenbeck Hall.
