8 May - 3 July 2013
Application deadline: We advise that you send your completed application and fee two to three months before the program begins.
To obtain an I-20 and an F-1 visa, apply as early as possible.

This year the IEC's Summer program offers six levels, from low beginning to advanced. No TOEFL score is required, but to benefit from the program's lowest level, applicants should be able to read and write in English at a basic level.
