Application deadline: We advise that you send your completed application 3 months before the program begins.
To obtain an I-20 and an F-1 visa, apply as early as possible.

This year the IEC's Summer program offers five levels, from high beginning to low-advanced. No TOEFL score is required, but applicants should be able to read and write in English at a basic level.
