Athlete Testing

Learning to assess athletes is a regular part of your training. Several high school, collegiate and U.S. Olympic teams are routinely tested at the Human Performance Lab or the team's training site. Areas of assessment include body composition, endurance capacity, pulmonary function and upper body power.
