Internship in Community Health
Evaluation
Student will be graded according to work performed during the internship. The student's final grade will be based upon, but not limited to, the following:
Evaluation reports given by the agency mentor and staff members.
On site meetings with student and university and agency mentor.
Reports in the form of a daily journal.
Evidence of significant professional growth through the appropriate use of skill on job assignments, self direction/motivation, written and verbal communications, significant professional progress or completion of tasks assigned, and the ability of the student to meet practical problems.
