Announcements
1) There is not a common time when all members can meet.
The committee will be divided and some individuals will meet on designated Mondays and others on designated Tuesdays.
Individuals need to attend SharePoint training or review the training video provided on the web site:http://accreditation.stcloudstate.edu
2) In terms of committee membership, Theresia Fisher will replace July Kilborn on this committee.
3) Mechanisms for using HH-114 will be announced in the near future.
4) A first draft of our report needs to be completed and available to the NCA committee chairs by December 12, 2005. The document will be refined in spring and needs to be available to the campus by Fall, 2006.
5) Over summer, committee chairs developed new questions for each of the criteria.
6) SharePoint will be the web-based sharing program for remote working on documents.

The organization realistically prepares for a future shaped by multiple societal and economic trends.
The new question we must answer is: What evidence is there that SCSU respond to a changing environment?
