Agenda
- Discussed edits to questions. Committee noticed duplication in a number of questions and debated whether or not we should take the time to combine the questions. It was decided to combine questions as we worked through the document, recognizing that some of the duplication may be intentional because the differences in each of the components may require us to answer the same question from a different perspective.
- Retreat. The committee discussed whether or not to have a longer retreat instead of meeting weekly. It was decided not to have a retreat but to work each week on the questions during the regular time period.
- Strategy for answering the questions. The committee discussed how to respond to the questions. It was decided that the committee would work as a group on the Component 1 questions at the next meeting.
- Evidence. The group discussed what could be used as evidence and how we would begin collecting that evidence. The committee decided to review the Component 1 questions and send any potential sources of evidence to Lisa Foss so she could collect them before the meeting.
