Insurance
The SCSU Health Services Medical Clinic can bill Medica, Blue
Cross/Blue Shield, Preferred
One, Health Partners,
TriWest(Champus), Medicaid,
UCare, and Student Insurance
(both Domestic and International). If you have insurance with one of the preceeding companies, please click the "Insurance Card Form" and fill out the form and bring it with you to your appointment.
For information regarding the Student Insurance please see Student
Insurance Information.
If you have an insurance plan that is not listed above, that plan
is considered "other insurance" and you are responsible
for your charges. After you have paid for your charges at SCSU Health
Services Medical Clinic you may be able to submit the charges to
your insurance company for reimbursement (depending on your plan
coverage). If you have questions or concerns about your insurance
coverage, call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
Please bring your insurance card to every visit. Keep
in mind that even though our Medical Clinic cannot bill to your
"other insurance" the Pharmacy may be able to.
Co-Pay
On your insurance card there may be a Co-pay charge
(this is the amount that must be paid by the student at the time
of the office visit. Your insurance will not pay this amount).
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Campus
Cash.
