Professor Mary Soroko, HCoB faculty member, earned the Certified Etiquette Professional (CEP) Certification from the International Society of Certified Protocol and Etiquette Professionals (ISPEP). ISPEP administers the only internationally recognized exam-based certification in the world. To receive the certification, applicants must pass a four hour exam and demonstrate that they have taught etiquette skills for three or more years.
Dr. Soroko is now qualified to instruct topics including: Meetings, Gifts, Invitations & Correspondence, Table Service, Seating and Toasting, Food & Wine, Menus, Business Skills, Workplace Etiquette, Communication Skills, Professional Image and Dress, Etiquette for Children, Protocol, International Culture and Customs.
