Pre-Business Worksheet (pdf)
The Pre-Business Worksheet is a form advisors use to map out the Liberal Education, Pre-Business, and Upper Division Business Core requirements. Use this form if you were admitted to SCSU for Fall 2010 or later. Students admitted to SCSU Summer 2010 or earlier should contact the Pre-Business Advising Office to obtain a different version of the worksheet. 

Liberal Education Program Checklist (web link)
Students following the Liberal Education program must complete all ten goal areas as designated and achieve a total of at least 40 credits. Use the link provided to locate a list of current Liberal Education courses.

General Education Program Checklist (Spring 2009 and before) (pdf)
SCSU Semester-Based General Education Program Check List. Use this form if you were admitted to SCSU in Spring 2009 or earlier.

Business Core Communication Requirement (pdf)
The Communication Core Requirement can be completed either before or after being admitted to a major. The list of allowable courses changes from time to time. Check with Undergraduate Programs/Pre-Business Advising Office for the most recently updated list.

Business Course Transfer Request Form (pdf)
If a student feels, after reviewing their transfer evaluation, that a class placed in the university electives should be equivalent to a SCSU class, the student needs to complete the Request to Transfer in a Business Course to SCSU, provide the necessary documentation listed on the request form, and submit the information to the appropriate department.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for students who are not familiar with the registration system.  HuskyNet accounts can only be activated once a student is registered for a course. 

Waitlist Instruction Guide (pdf)
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for students who are not familiar with the waitlist registration feature in e-services. 

Late Withdrawal Form (pdf)
A late withdrawal is a request to withdraw from a class after the published withdrawal deadline and is considered only for extenuating circumstances. Typically, requests must be submitted no later than one calendar year from the last day of the semester of occurrence.
