FALL 2011

Returning Intern Due Dates – For All Interns

Internship Papers – these are due in the Internship Office no later than noon on Monday, February 6, 2012. You will be contacted after your paper has been reviewed.  You need to review it and sign off before a final grade can be given.

Class Presentations – these should be done no later than Monday, March 26, 2012, unless cleared by the Internship Office. Please remember to contact the professor of the class you want to present to as early in the semester as possible so that time can be reserved for your presentation.  Complete the first four lines of the Evaluation form and give that form to the professor before you begin your presentation.  If the professor gives you the completed Evaluation form after the presentation, bring it to the Internship Office.  If the professor sends it back to the Internship Office and you haven’t had a chance to see it, you are welcome to stop by the Internship Office and view it.

Informational Meetings

There will be several one-hour informational meetings scheduled early fall semester. Notification of the dates, times, and locations of those meetings will be sent via e-mail and posted on this web page. Please make certain that your department secretary has your correct e-mail address. If you are planning to intern for credit, please try to attend one of these meetings at least one semester prior to your internship. Additional meetings will be scheduled early spring semester.

All meetings are approximately one hour in length.  If you can’t make any of these meetings, please contact the Internship Director to set up a time to meet individually.
