Polar Plunge

Date: Saturday, February 15, 2014
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: 400 Supper Club, St. Cloud, MN

UMD (University of Minnesota-Duluth) has challenged SCSU to raise money for Special Olympics through the Polar Bear Plunge.

  • Create your own team;
  • Join a SCSU team already formed;
  • Pledge money to a friend or the "SCSU General Donation" account.

If SCSU raises $20,000, Herberger Business School Dean, Diana Lawson will plunge.  Help us meet this challenge – so Dean Lawson will take the "plunge."

St. Cloud's plunge will be held at the 400 Club on Saturday, February 15, 2014, from 1:00 until everyone plunges.  Buses will run every 20 minutes from Atwood Memorial Center to the 400 Club and return beginning at 11 a.m.  For more information about this event check out the website at

If you have any questions, please contact Diane McClure in the Herberger Business School, Centennial Hall 229,
