Come Relax and Rejuvenate

Join Beth Berila and your fellow graduate students to learn how you can use meditation to relax, rejuvenate and refocus. Participants will practice meditation and engage in discussion on mindfulness. The Fourth Thursday workshops focus on on personal development for success in graduate school. Stop in Thursday, October 28, Education Building A 220. Room open 4:00-6:00, workshop begins at 4:30.
