New Student Orientation

Paying your Tuition Bill

The Business Office is responsible for the collection of tuition, fees, residence hall charges, and student loans. You may pay your tuition in person in the Business Office, located in 122 Administrative Services Building. You may also pay your tuition on-line as described in the previous section.

It is the student’s responsibility to access their tuition account through the on-line registration system to check his/her tuition. To view and pay your tuition bill, login to the registration system, click on the “Student” tab, then click on “My Account.”

The Business Office posts tuition due dates for each semester. To view this, go to http://www.stcloudstate.edu/businessservices/cashiers.

If paying tuition in person, tuition can be paid by cash, check, credit or debit card in the Business Office. If paying tuition on-line, tuition can be paid by credit or debit card only.

DUE DATE FOR FALL 2007 IS AUGUST 21, 2007.

Policy Note: Students shall have their registration cancelled for nonpayment when payment is not made in full, as defined subsequently, by the established due date.
