HuskyNet Wireless Network
HuskyNet Wireless Network is an extension of the campus network and a service of HuskyNet that provides students, faculty, and staff with 802.11b and 802.11g compatible wireless access to the campus network and the Internet. Additionally, 802.11a is available in Benton, Stearns, Mitchell, Shoemaker, Sherburne, Holes and Hill-Case residence halls. SCSU currently does not support 802.11n wireless connectivity.

Help Desk
HelpDesk consultants are able to troubleshoot and assist you with a variety of issues and problems, ranging from using software such as Excel or AppleWorks, setting and using up e-mail, or even troubleshooting why a computer won’t boot.
The HelpDesk also receives many requests for recovering data from damaged floppy disks.
Contact the HelpDesk whenever you need computing or technical assistance. Below are just some of the areas that HelpDesk consultants can assist you.

Computer Labs
General Access computer labs are open to all SCSU students paid for by your Student Technology Fee. Student consultants are available to answer your questions in these computer labs. The majority of these labs are available for general student use during daytime hours when classes are in session. Occasionally, these labs will be used by a class. Most labs are also available on evening and weekends.
