Graduate Student Advisory Board

The student advisory board was a new initiative of the Graduate School in 2008. Its purpose is to:

  • Advise the Graduate School on issues pertinent to graduate students and graduate education at SCSU.
  • Provide feedback and assistance in planning events, outreach, and professional development opportunities for graduate students.
  • Facilitate the flow of communication from and to graduate students about issues of concern.

The advisory board is comprised of the graduate dean, the graduate school directors, and graduate student representatives from each of the academic schools and colleges.
