Graduate Assistantship

Graduate Assistant- D2L and Technology Support in Criminal Justice

20 hours per week

Salary:$5,000 per semester plus tuition remission
In addition to the salary/stipend, both full-time and part-time graduate assistants are eligible for partial tuition remission based on appointment type.


• Manage online D2L courses offered by the department. • Manage department and faculty websites. • Create effective promotional and course videos using Adobe and Microsoft Suite and develop PowerPoint slides • Assist faculty and students in resolving day to day technical and D2L issues.


• Pursuing B.A. degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related discipline. • Excellent working knowledge of D2L system. • Extensive fluency and experience with XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Microsoft Suite, Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Visio and Movie Maker.
