Application for Graduation
The application for graduation (pdf) must be completed during the first three weeks of the semester. Failure to submit the application by the deadline will result in a delay in reviewing and processing your graduation.

Preparation for the Ceremony
Deadline for participation:
Graduate students interested in participating in the fall ceremony must complete the graduation application by Tuesday, September 15, 2009. RSVP forms for commencement must be submitted by Friday, November 13, 2009. Please email Linda Krueger at lekrueger@stcloudstate.edu with any questions.
NOTE: Commencement attendance does not imply that you have officially graduated. Please contact the School of Graduate Studies with any questions you have, or to confirm your degree clearance status.
Receiving Your Diploma
Graduating students will receive their diploma in the mail approximately eight weeks after the end of the semester. All diplomas are mailed to the diploma address. You must provide this address through the Online Services center at www.stcloudstate.edu/registrar. If you do not provide this address, receipt of your diploma will be delayed. If you experience any difficulty in entering your diploma address, please contact the registration helpline at 320. 308.3936.
