The mission of the Global Studies Program in the Collge of Liberal Arts is to provide campus and community leadership in the provision of a global curriculum, professional development, and service and activities for faculty, staff, and students. We are in the process of refining our mission and goals to reflect the new university structure.
Global Studies sees itself as one of the key SCSU programs responsible for supporting one of the 4 "pillars", namely Global Education. The program is also committed to strong community engagement, another pillar of our university.
