Incident Reports

St. Cloud State University is commited to creating and maintaining a community in which all persons who participate in University programs and activites can come together to learn and work together in an atmosphere free from all forms of harassment, exploitation, discrimination or intimidation. It is the responsibility of the University to prevent sexual and gender identity/orientation discrimination (as well as discrimination based on race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, martial status, status with regard to public assistance, or membership or activity of local commision), if possible, correct it when it occurs, and to take appropriate action, as necessary, against behavior that is a violation of the policy. Every member of the University community should be aware that the University will not tolerate sexual and gender identity/orientation discrimination (as well as any other form of discrimination) and that such behavior is prohibted by state law and University policy.

If you have been the victim or witness of a homophobic, biphobic, and/or transphobic incident, please report it.

Any and all forms of harassment should be reported. No incident is too small. The more reports filed the more proof that hate still exists on our campus.

To file a report, you can contact public safety, come to GLBT Services (located behind the Atwood Litttle Theathre), or contact the GLBT Director at (320) 308-5166 in GLBT services.
