Summit
The
Gender Youth Network is hosting “Bridge the Gap 2007 Leadership Summit” May
17-19th in Washington, D.C. It is an action orientated gathering of
youth and students organizing around gender as a fundamental human right. Take action

requesting nominations for its Youth Courage Awards that salutes LGBTQ

This $500 award is given to one
SCSU student who has demonstrated a commitment of giving through volunteerism

planning events, and more. Let us know
if you are interested in being part of our safe space office. We are currently looking for volunteers who are willing to
be in the center for any amount of time throughout the week to welcome any
students, faculty, or staff who may come in.

students on college campuses. Ph.D. students are seeking participants to share
their positive or negative experiences during college that could have
implications for how college administrators might better serve LGBTQ students.

A doctoral candidate is conducting
research to learn more about the aspects of parental social support for gay men

PrideAlive, a program of the Minnesota AIDS project, has two open positions for
Health Education Coordinators. The program uses a community-building model with
social programming to bring gay and bisexual men together to prevent HIV.

Transgender Studies and Feminism: Theory, Politics, and Gendered
Realities
Journal of Feminist Philosophy is calling for papers
that investigate the relations between feminism and transgender studies,
exploring the intersections of multiple oppressions are especially welcome. Deadline
