Study Geography in Alnwick, England Spring 2009
SCSU geography professor Dr. Gareth John, a British citizen, will be teaching geography classes in Alnwick Castle in the Spring of 2009 as part of SCSU British Studies Program. This is a unique opportunity for SCSU students to take classes on British and European geography while in residence there. There will be fieldtrips to Newcastle Upon Tyne, Edinburgh (Scotland) and an optional arranged trip to Wales (where Dr. John grew up and studied geography as an undergraduate). Geography and Travel and Tourism majors and minors are especially encouraged to apply.
