What is the best thing about being an ARM?

BradThe best thing about being an ARM is the sense of community I feel within the program.
-Brad

AndreaThe best thing about being an ARM is building relationships with students, but especially other ARMs. We all go through the same process in general, but each of us handle challenges differently, which allows us to learn from each other.

LucasI’ve helped other students. Having students in your group see you on campus and be like, “hey can you help me with some homework,” and seeing test scores go up after study sessions showing that you helped students study harder.
–Lucas

LaurenI have helped myself become a better leader and planner, while at the same time sharing my knowledge of SCSU and making connections with students I may not otherwise have had a chance to meet.
–Lauren
