Grants
Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG):
The ACG provides $750 for the first year of study and $1,300 for the second year for eligible students. The ACG is available to students who meet the following criteria:
- U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
- Pell Grant eligible for this academic year.
- Freshman who graduated from high school after January 1, 2005, or sophomore who graduated from high school after January 1, 2006.
- Completed a rigorous secondary school program of study, as defined by the US Department of Education.
- Enrolled in 12 or more credits by the end of the free drop/add period to receive the full-time award. Students enrolled in 6-11 credits may receive a reduced award amount.
- 3.0 Cumulative GPA at the end of first year of study (second year students only).
