Anoka Ramsey Community College Connection Program (ARCC):

This program is offered to freshman applicants who do not qualify for admission to St. Cloud State University (SCSU) programs. The SCSU Admissions Office refers students who may qualify for admission to ARCC. Students in the ARCC program must apply for and receive their financial aid through ARCC. The ARCC Financial Aid Office phone number is (763)433-1500.
