This program is offered to freshman applicants who do not qualify for admission to St. Cloud State University (SCSU) programs. The SCSU Admissions Office refers students who may qualify for admission to SCTCC. Students in the SCTCC Connection Program must apply for and receive their financial aid through SCTCC.
