As you apply for or review your financial aid award, you may find that you have general or specific questions. Financial aid staff is available to answer your questions by phone or e-mail. Please remember to include your St. Cloud State student ID# (HuskyNet ID#) when e-mailing us or leaving a phone message. This allows us to look up your application information and promptly respond to your question.
If you would like to personally visit with a financial aid counselor, appointments may be made by contacting our office by phone or e-mail. Walk-in counseling is also available each business day on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Academic Year: Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Wednesday 8:15AM – 4:30PM
- Summer: Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM; Wednesday 7:15AM 4:00PM
