How to Apply for Financial Aid
SCSU Application for Financial Aid
In addition to completing the FAFSA, you must submit a St. Cloud State Application for Financial Aid to complete your application. The federal process requires that we verify the accuracy on your FAFSA. At least 30 percent of all students will be selected for verification. If you are selected for verification, you will receive a letter from us with an Institutional Verification Form and a request for copies of federal income tax returns and W-2 forms (you and your parent if dependent student; you and your spouse if independent student).
If you are attending summer term, in addition to the above, you must complete a Summer SCSU Application for Financial Aid. Summer aid can depend on the aid you already received for the current academic year.
