Description: Recreation. An open gym style class! Bells, body weight and sweat. This class is for those looking for a challenging workout to build strength, mobility, coordination and endurance. There are many exercises one can do with Kettlebells, but proper form is a must. Each session will begin with a group warm up and drills to work on proper form. Then we will mix it up with circuits, intervals and tabata
