Kettlebell Bootcamp

Description: Recreation. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone your abs, improve your flexibility, or just rejuvenate, this boot camp is for you! Condense a 2-hour workout into a 50 minute class with a combination of high intensity and resistance training. Kettle bells will be used to develop a blend of strength with flexibility for maximum fat burning and muscular endurance. Get your sweat on!
Cost:
