Description: Recreation. Loaded with training techniques taken straight from the road, cycle gives you the workout without the windburn. Gain a better understanding of cycling elements such as time trailing, drafting and pedal stroke, so you can connect your cycling experience to the world of outdoor riding. 45 minute ride followed by 5 minutes of stretching.
