Description: Recreation. Loaded with training techniques taken straight from the road, cycle gives you the workout without the windburn. Gain a better understanding of cycling elements such as time trailing, drafting and pedalstroke, so you can connect your cycling experience to the world of outdoor riding. 45 minute ride followed by 5 minutes of stretching.
